Make a wire cup or Cups Cakes

Sun 10th April 10.30-4.30pm

Create you very own tea cup or cup cake using wire, wax and fabric.

You will learn a range of processes including how to construct a wire structure using light weight wire and then work over this by creating a surface and exploring materials including wax, fabric and lace. Then to embellish the cake or cup with buttons, beads and trimmings.

You will not need a sewing machine for this workshop

Construct your own unique corset using a variety
of sumptuous fabrics you will created yourself as
part of the course.

The course will run over three consecutive Saturdays during the sessions
you will work with Jennifer Pritchard Couchman Fashion Designer who will
demonstrate the process of designing and cutting your corset pattern. Priscilla
Jones Textile Designer will show you fabric manipulation techniques and
processes using free-machine stitching to create the fabrics for your stunning
and unique corset.
